Alfred University www.alfred.edu

The Kazuo Inamori School of Engineering CANY SoE Award

  • Students must have a solid mathematical and scientific background while also

    excelling in English.

Elmira College www.elmira.edu

Elmira College Key Award -
Awarded to 1 male and 1 female ($15,000 per year)

  • Top 10% of the class

  • Minimum grade point average of 90

  • Demonstrate leadership, good citizenship, and involvement in extracurricular activities

Keuka College  www.keuka.edu

George H. Ball Community Achievement Award ($10,000 per year)

 

This scholarship is named after founder, Rev. Dr. George Harvey Ball, whose vision is continued at Keuka College by educating young students and adult learners who “bring strength to our nation and to help humanity” through combined classroom and experiential learning. The Ball Award rewards students based on qualities that embody the values of Keuka College, including integrity, academic excellence, diversity, leadership, service, and social responsibility.  Chosen qualified students receive $10,000 per year for 4 years.

Le Moyne College Heights Award ($12,500 per year)

  • Students should be in the top 10% of the class with an overall grade point average of 90 or above. 
  • Demonstrate leadership, good citizenship, and involvement in extracurricular activities. 
  • Score of 500 or above on each subsection of the PSAT

 

Rochester Institute of Technology www.rit.edu  (2 awards)

Computing Medal and Scholarship Program-                                    Awarded to 1 male and 1 female ($7,000 per year)

  • Top 10% of the class
  • Pursuing a rigorous college prep curriculum 
  • Demonstrate an interest and ability in computing
  • Demonstrate leadership, good citizenship, and involvement in school and community 

Innovation & Creativity Award Program-                            
Awarded to 1 male and 1 female   ($7,000 per year)

  • Top 10% of the class
  • Pursuing a rigorous college prep curriculum 
  • Demonstrate outstanding achievement in innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship
  • Demonstrate leadership, good citizenship, and involvement in school and community

University of Rochester www.rochester.edu

George Eastman Young Leaders Award – (at least $10,000 per year)

  • Strong academic background

  • Outstanding leadership skills

  • Extensive extracurricular activities

St. Michael's College www.smcvt.edu

Book Award for Academic Achievement with a Social Conscience-Awarded to 1 male and 1 female ($12,000 to full tuition)

  • Students attain mostly A's and B's in honors and AP classes and are inductees of the National Honor Society or equivalent honors
  • students show a sustained and sincere commitment to community service, issues of peace and justice and concern for others

Book Award – ($1,000 per year)

  • Commitment to community service through involvement in school and community.
  •  Demonstrated initiative and dedication to having a positive impact on school or   community.

The Student Sage Award -
A
warded to 2 students (at least $10,000 per year)

  • Students should demonstrate leadership, good citizenship, strong communication skills, and involvement in extracurricular activities.
  • Motivated to serve and inspire others to develop and grow.
  • Be in the top 25% of the class.

21st Century Leadership Award ($10,000 per year)

  • Demonstrates leadership, good citizenship, and involvement in extracurricular activities. 
  • Minimum grade point average of 90 or above
